Bucky Bear

Bucky Bear

In Memory Of Bucky the Bear

Died in Amherst, New York on July 9th, 2018. His birth date and birth city are unknown, but many believe he was born on the New York/Pennsylvania border. He was Son of the late Paddington Bear, Father to Boo Boo, Yogi, and Rupert Bear. Everyone that knew Bucky said he was a loving Son, Husband and Father and a tender soul. In fact, he was given the nickname of “Teddy Bear”.
His hobbies were eating honey from bee’s nests and bird feeders, climbing trees, and tipping garbage cans. He would often go to his getaway camp at Allegany State Park where he would be observed catching fish and bathing in the cool Allegheny River.
Friends will gather at Big Claw Grove for a Memorial Service, at a future date still to be determined. The Reverend Smokey Bear will be officiating. The Pallbearers will be Boo Boo, Yogi, Rupert, and cousins Winnie, Fozzie and Baloo. A reception will follow at Poo Corner by one. That is all for now, there is a lot to be done.
